Qualifications of the Therapist

Dr Robert Davison BSc. PhD. Dip Hyp. Dip Couns. BSCH. is a certified clinical hynotherapist, having trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (lcch.co.uk) and gaining both a Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.

He is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (bsch.org.uk) and abides by their code of conduct. As part of his continuing professional development he is currently in further advanced training.

Additionally he trained as a counsellor and holds a Diploma (with distinction) in Counselling from the University of Leicester. For many years he worked as a counsellor at the Leicester Counselling Centre.

He has also undertaken courses in Transactional Analysis (a framework for understanding human interactions and motives). The combination of hypnotherapy and counselling is especially effective, enabling professional, safe treatment of a number of conditions.
